🇺🇸 Important Shipping Update for Our USA Customers

Hey USA friends! 💌

We wanted to give you a heads-up about new US import tariffs that might affect your orders from us (we’re based in Australia and cut everything in-house 🇦🇺✂️).

🧾 What’s Changed?

As of April 5, 2025, the US has introduced a 10% tariff on most Australian-made products, which may be applied when your parcel enters the US.

🛍 Do You Have to Pay a Tariff?

🟢 For now, if your order is under $800 USD, you likely won't be charged any extra fees — thanks to the US’s current de minimis threshold.

🔴 BUT from May 2, 2025, that rule changes — all orders, no matter the value, may have tariffs applied at customs.

💸 Who Pays the Tariff?

You do — if it applies.
Tariffs are collected by US Customs and are not charged or controlled by us. If duties are due, your courier (like USPS, FedEx, or DHL) will contact you to pay before delivery.

💡 Tips to Avoid Surprises

✔️ Place smaller orders (under $800) before May 2 to avoid duties.
✔️ After May 2, be prepared for a 10% fee on any order, regardless of value.
✔️ We’ll always clearly label what’s inside and where it’s made (Australia!) to keep things smooth at customs.
