Shipping policy

Crafty Cuts Laser post/ship worldwide.

All orders are sent via Australia Post.

Orders are sent out upon receipt of payment and within the estimated turn-around time.

The estimated shipping date range is displayed on every product. This date range is when your order will be laser cut, packed and ready for posting by.

Estimated Shipping dates do not include Australia Post delivery times.

Australia Post Delivery advise that standard domestic orders in 1-7 business days, and international airmail anywhere from in 3-14 business days. Express domestic in 1-4 business days, and international in 2-7 business days. International Delivery is when your order will arrive into your country only, you will need to factor in local delivery.

Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once packed and ready for our next postal run. Australian Order - we strongly suggest you add your mobile number at checkout so you can receive text updates from Australia Post once parcel has shipped. All Australian Parcels will have Tracking - International Standard Airmail has no Tracking. International Customers may choose to add tracking at shipping method page.

If you are ordering from outside Australia, you may be liable for further import duty or other fees when you receive your order. Each country has their own unique import laws and these are the receivers responsibilty. A quick google search of your country and ‘import fees’ – eg, United Kingdom import fees should provided you further with any information you need.

We do not mark orders as "Gift". Crafty Cuts Laser Pty Ltd is a registered Wholesale Manufacturer and It is a legal requirement that all contents and correct value are declared.
